During the planned upgrade of DRH01, we ran into a few problems which prevented us from finishing within a reasonable amount of time. We decided that the best plan of action was to revert the changes and resolve the issue in our lab before proceeding. We have rescheduled the upgrade of the server to R8 (8.5) for Saturday, March 20th, 2010 from 10:00 pm – 2:00 am ET. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please note that no changes will be made to your configuration information such as the site ip address, server ip address, domain name, server name, etc. This will remain the same. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

We’re currently looking into an issue where customers using ClamAV or using our shared Spam and Virus filters are receiving messages with the body removed and claiming the message was a virus. We have currently disabled the rule Exploit.PDF-9669 as well as disabled virus definition updates until a permanent fix is found. We will update this post once the issue is resolved.
Update: We have upgraded all versions of ClamAV to the latest version which has been reported to fix the issue. We will continue to monitor this issue to ensure no further problems arise.

On June 24th, all remaining eapps.com domains will be discontinued. Although we have been using our domain for a few years now, some customers may still have an eapps.com domain listed in their DNS records, in their Lotus Notes client configuration, or when they reference their site via the web. Please make sure that any eapps.com reference is discontinued by the deadline, otherwise your service will fail to work properly.
1. If you use a Lotus Notes client, please check your connection document to ensure that you are specifying our domain name instead of an old eapps.com domain. You may have one of the following domains listed. If so, update it to the domain on the right:
Old Domain –> New Domain
drh01.eapps.com –> drh01.4tdomino.com
drh02.eapps.com –> drh02.4tdomino.com
internet1.eapps.com –> internet1.4tdomino.com
internet4.eapps.com –> internet4.4tdomino.com
internet6.eapps.com –> internet6.4tdomino.com
internet7.eapps.com –> internet7.4tdomino.com
internet8.eapps.com –> internet8.4tdomino.com
internet10.eapps.com –> internet10.4tdomino.com
internet11.eapps.com –> internet11.4tdomino.com
internet12.eapps.com –> internet12.4tdomino.com
2. If we provide email services for your domain, please make sure your MX records no longer point to smtp.eapps.com and smtp2.eapps.com. If they do, please update them to smtp1.4tnetworks.com (priority 10) and smtp2.4tnetworks.com (priority 20). If this change is not made by June 24th, all incoming email for your domain will stop working.
3. Lastly, if you have any questions or are using an eapps.com domain in anyway that is not referenced above, please contact us immediately to discuss what changes you need to make prior to the June 24th deadline.

At approximately 9:30 AM ET today, our data center provider experienced a power outage at our facility. We’re still determining the full extent of the outage, but for approximately 20 minutes, some services were inaccessible. At this time, we believe service has been fully restored. If you still are having any trouble, please let us know and we’d be happy to look into it for you.
