Our data center has discovered an issue with one of their peering routers and has rerouted traffic around the faulty equipment. Work will be performed at 2 AM ET on April 29th, 2007 to correct the faulty router. A brief interruption may occur when traffic paths are restored.

The access issues have cleared up. It appears one of our upstream providers had a problematic network switch which disrupted traffic flow to a few of our systems until the work was completed. A few customers have notified us that they are currently unable to access their site or services. Although most of our services are active, we are investigating this issue and will post more once we know what could be the cause.

We have been in touch with Comcast. They are currently having network problems and are working on the issue. They said the issue should be resolved by morning. It appears to be localized to the Southeast of America. Locations in the midwest appear to be unaffected.

Some customers have let us know that they are experiencing difficulties accessing their account using the web or via other services. All customers so far are using Comcast as their ISP. We are currently investigating this issue.

This is notification that our data center provider, Quality Technology Services will be performing maintenance on the Core Routing Infrastructure during a maintenance window on Tuesday 24 April 2007 from 0200 to 0500 ET. We expect that the work will cause multiple short-term service interruptions not expected to exceed 10 minutes in duration.
