We are currently experiencing issues with one of our Virtual Private Server (VPS) hardware nodes, hw003. If you are currently having trouble accessing your VPS, we are currently looking into the problem and actively working to bring the server back online. We will update this page as we find out more information.

Update 1: The server hung and was successfully rebooted. If you still notice any issue with your VPS, please let us know. We are currently looking at the logs to see why this occurred, however we did find an issue with one of the hard drives in the array. This drive is now being replaced, and the array will begin rebuilding in a few minutes.

Update 2 (6:00 AM ET): The server has crashed again, during the array rebuild. At this point, the array appears to be unrecoverable. We are working to restore backups from the last known good and will respond once this is complete.

Update 3 (8:50 AM ET): Restorations have been successful this far, although they are progressing a bit slower than we had thought. If your VPS is still not online, it is more than likely queued for restoration. We are currently bringing another hardware node online, to see if we can speed the restoration process up in any way.

Update 4 (3:10 AM ET): Just a final summary, that all VPS accounts were restored yesterday. We’ve added some new VPS nodes, and will move/spread customers out to those over the next few days. If you notice any issues with your VPS, please let us know. Thanks to everyone for working with us, during this issue.

Update #1: All Domino Shared accounts are now back online. The sites reside on new hardware and should prevent any issues from the initial outage to bring any site down. We sincerely apologize for the trouble it has caused, and will look for any way to speed up the process or try and prevent this in the future.

If you are currently residing on one of our shared Lotus Domino accounts, those servers are currently down. We are investigating the issue and will post updates as we know more.

Update #1: We are currently in the process of rebuilding the server, while trying to preserve the data. Once that is complete, we will know whether a full restore is required. We will update once this process is finished.

Update #2: We believe the issue is irrecoverable, the restore from backup is taking place now. As as it is finished, we will post an update. While this is going on, we will continue to try and bring the most recent data back online.

Update #3: While performing the server restore, we were able to resolve the issue. All Domino Shared accounts are coming back online as we speak. We will respond once all sites are online.

Update #4: We found the root cause of the hardware problem, and were able to bring the server back online, without data loss. All shared Domino services are active as of approximately 1:00 PM ET. We will continue to watch the server for any lingering issues that may come up.
