Network Maintenance Notice for 01/25/11

January 24th, 2011

Beginning on 1/25/11 from 0200-0500 EST, 4t Networks Data center engineers will move traffic off its legacy backbone network to a new backbone transport network affecting the Suwanee, GA Data Center. 4t Networks will leave the legacy backbone in-service and simply promote the new solution into service during the change window.

The purpose for this change is to employ more advanced technologies and a new transport design that will better protect our Internet transport against external faults (fiber-cuts for example) without noticeable impact to customers.

Minimal impact to customer services is anticipated with the possibility of momentary packet loss during the maintenance window.

While we have taken every precaution to minimize complications during this event, there exists a certain amount of risk and the possibility of service disruption. We are committed to providing the highest possible level of service; therefore, we strive to increase client satisfaction and productivity through our proactive approach to customer notification.
